Comments are for readers to add what they know and to disagree well. They appear under your account's name.
Please
- Stay on the story's subject.
- Disagree with ideas, not people.
- Say what you know firsthand, and say how you know it.
We remove
- personal attacks, threats, harassment, slurs or hate;
- claims about a person that you can't support;
- private information about anyone (addresses, phone numbers, health, children);
- spam, ads and links to sales;
- anything unlawful, obscene or posted under someone else's name.
An editor may read comments before they appear, may remove any comment, and may close comments on a story. Repeated breaking of these rules ends an account's commenting. Removed comments can be explained on request: editor@thewinchendoncourier.com.
Comments are the views of their writers, not of The Winchendon Courier.
